FAIS Complaints Resolution Procedure and Conflict of Interest Management Policy
As a licensed financial services provider we are obliged to provide our clients with a formal complaints resolutions procedure that will enable them to properly exercise and protect their rights as provided for in FAIS, should the need to do so arise.
We have also adopted and implemented a Conflict of Interest Management Policy in accordance with the provisions of FAIS.
