Beacon Fund Advisors Ltd. holds a General Fund Management Licence as well as a Licence to provide Administration services to private and professional fund managers. The company provides its services on a selective basis to approximately 40 funds with assets under management exceeding $950 million.

BEACON CAPITAL MANAGEMENT LTD.
Beacon Capital Management Ltd. is responsible for the company management aspect of our business and holds a Company Management Licence. In addition to this, Beacon Capital Management Ltd. is also registered with the SEC (USA) as a Registered Investment Advisor.

Together, the two companies are leading authorities on all aspects of establishing, managing and administering offshore funds and fund management vehicles - playing a significant role in the development of the funds industry in the BVI.
